Lau-Ed can offer workshops from a qualified coach and coach supervisor, experienced in supporting leaders and teachers across a range of international skills. Examples of coaching workshops include:

• Creating a Coaching Culture in your School (1/2 day or full day)

• GROW Coaching (Beginners, Intermediate or Advanced) (1/2 day)

• Introduction to Coaching Supervision (1 hour)  please note this workshop is only appropriate for staff who are already involved with coaching others in school.

• Instructional Coaching approach to Lesson Observation (1/2 day)

 You can also access 1-1 or group coaching sessions, or coaching supervision in person or remotely.
